Commutators on Spaces of Homogeneous Type in Generalized Block Spaces

open access: yesThe Journal of Geometric Analysis
AbstractIn this paper, we are interested in studying a generalized block space (denoted as $$\textbf{B}^{p,r}_\varphi $$ B φ p , r ) on a space of ...

A generalization of a theorem on naturally reductive homogeneous spaces [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1984
We prove that a homogeneous Riemannian manifold all of whose geodesics are orbits of one-parameter subgroups of isometries has volume-preserving local geodesic symmetries.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Equivariant Filter (EqF): A General Filter Design for Systems on Homogeneous Spaces [PDF]

open access: yes2020 59th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (CDC), 2020
The kinematics of many mechanical systems encountered in robotics and other fields, such as single-bearing attitude estimation and SLAM, are naturally posed on homogeneous spaces: That is, their state lies in a smooth manifold equipped with a transitive Lie-group symmetry. This paper shows that any system posed in a homogeneous space can be extended to

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Generalized Besicovitch spaces and applications to deterministic homogenization [PDF]

open access: yesNonlinear Analysis: Theory, Methods & Applications, 2011
The main purpose of the paper is to present a mathematical framework which handles nonlinear homogenization problems. The paper starts with a description of the concept of algebras with mean value, then with that of generalized Besicovitch spaces. The authors also introduce the notion of two scale \(A\)-convergence, where \(A\) is an algebra with mean ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Magnetic Flows on Homogeneous Spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
We consider magnetic geodesic flows of the normal metrics on a class of homogeneous spaces, in particular (co)adjoint orbits of compact Lie groups. We give the proof of the non-commutative integrability of flows and show, in addition, for the case of (co)

𝐺-deformations and some generalizations of H. Weyl’s tube theorem

open access: yes, 1986
We prove an invariance theorem for the volumes of tubes about submanifolds in arbitrary analytic Riemannian manifolds under G G -deformations of the second order.
