RESIN AND OIL RELATIONSHIPS IN HOPS [PDF]

Agnus - First Czech High-Alpha Hop Variety.

In the year 2001, the variety Agnus was registered in the Czech Republic as the first Czech high-alpha variety of hop. It contains approximately 30 % b.w. in dry matter of total resins and 11 to 15 % b.w. of α-bitter acids.

Evaluation of Czech hop cultivars since 2010 till 2019

Czech hop cultivars were evaluated from 2010 to 2019. A total of 13 cultivars were assessed. The highest yield per plant was found out in cv. Kazbek (3.66 kg/plant), whereas the lowest in cv. Saazer (2.02 kg/plant).
