Structural and mechanistic basis for antibody neutralization of the measles fusion protein
Measles virus (MeV) is a highly contagious pathogen and a major global health threat. Resurgent infections, driven by insufficient vaccine coverage, waning herd immunity, and the vulnerability of immunocompromised populations, highlight the urgent need ...

Innate Immunocompetent hiPSC‐Derived Neurospheroids Capture Early CNS Responses to rAAV
Knowledge of human CNS immune responses to AAV‐based gene therapies remains limited due to the lack of immune‐competent human models. Here, a hiPSC‐derived 3D neuroimmune platform integrating neurospheroids and microglia is established using stirred‐tank bioreactors.

Underground Signals: The Ecological Power of Root Volatiles
Root volatiles mediate rhizosphere chemical communication, shaping interactions among plants, microbes, herbivores, and natural enemies. Their production, transport, and perception underpin ecological adaptation, multitrophic interactions, and plant resilience, offering opportunities for sustainable crop protection, resilient agroecosystems, and ...

Probiotic B.p colonization elevated gut‐derived inosine level in the liver, while elevated inosine activated A2AR and subsequently blocked NPs‐induced polarization of M1 macrophages by repressing the miR155/SOCS1/NF‐κB pathway. This reduced the release of inflammatory cytokines and thereby, mitigated NPs‐induced hepatic injury.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum GUANKE remodels the indigenous gut microbiota and is associated with microbiota‐dependent restoration of circulating IAA. IAA treatment attenuates JAK3‐STAT3 and Jag1‐Notch4‐Hey1 signaling and reduces CX3CR1+Ly6C− monocytic precursor generation and pulmonary CD11b+ DC accumulation, together with reduced Th2 inflammation ...

Polychip‐A High‐Throughput Droplet Microfluidics Platform for Interrogating Microbial Interactions
Polychip, a fully integrated droplet microfluidics platform, enables high‐throughput, single‐cell resolution screening of polymicrobial interactions. By seamlessly combining six automated microfluidics operations on a single chip, the system accelerates antimicrobial discovery by 11 to 14 times compared to traditional robotic methods.

Host-multi pathogen-warfare: Pathogen interactions in co-infected plants
Studies of plant–pathogen interactions have historically focused on simple models of infection involving single host-single disease systems. However, plant infections often involve multiple species and/or genotypes and exhibit complexities not captured ...
