Effect of Hot Air Drying and Different Pretreatments on Color and Drying
, 2014 In this study, the effect of different pretreatments and three drying temperature (55, 65 and 75 degrees C) on the hot air drying characteristics and color of persimmon were investigated. As pretreatments, persimmons were immersed in 20% sucrose solution or dipped in water at 80 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.
