Study on Hot Diaphragm Forming Process of CCF300/5228A Composites
In this paper, the hot diaphragm forming process of CCF300/5228A composite was studied through self-developed hot diaphragm forming equipment. CCF300/5228A prepreg for the hot diaphragm forming process was modified.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

The ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy as guardians of the cellular proteome
This Perspective covers the three principles governing the crosstalk between the ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy in cellular proteostasis: (1) a shared ubiquitin code routing substrates via shuttle factors or autophagy receptors; (2) spatial compartmentalization into phase‐separated degradation hubs and organelle‐specific modules (exemplified

AbstractThis paper presents a comparative experimental study on the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of indirectly formed hot-formed, hot-finished and cold-formed structural steel rectangular hollow sections. Characteristic geometrical parameters and chemical compositions are examined to investigate the physical and chemical differences ...

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Towards Damage Controlled Hot Forming [PDF]
Metal forming processes may induce internal damage in the form of voids in the workpiece under unfavorable deformation conditions. Controlling the amount of damage induced by metal forming operations may increase service performance of the produced parts. Damage is crucial in high-performance components of limited workability such as jet engine turbine

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

While hydroforming of titanium alloy at room temperature is difficult due to its high strength, low hardening capacity, and significant springback, it is typically deformed into desired shape under high-temperature conditions exceeding 500°C, which ...
