Analysis of consumption and expenditure for Lithuanian households: using budget survey data [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Recent household budget survey data for Lithuania provide a profile of expenditure patterns for households by income level and living in either urban or rural areas. This paper provides an overview of expenditures and gives estimates of Engel functions and income elasticities for major expenditure groups and for food commodities.

A Universal van der Waals Tunneling Injector for Monolayer CMOS

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A universal van der Waals injector unlocks polarity‐flexible tunneling contacts for monolayer CMOS. SnSe2, an intrinsically degenerate 2D semiconductor, establishes polarity‐specific band alignments with both WSe2 and MoS2 channels, enabling steep switching, high on/off ratios, and a unified route to low‐power 2D logic.
