Metabolites of Naloxone in Human Urine
Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1971Naloxone, 7,8-dihydro-14-hydroxynormorphinone, and N-allyl-7,8-dihydro-14-hydroxynormorphine have been idenfied in a human urine specimen after naloxone administration. The metabolites were isolated, after hydrolysis with glusulase, by column chromatography and identified by TLC and spectrofluorimetry.

Clinica Chimica Acta, 1967Abstract Two α-glucosidases from human urine have been separated by means of Sephadex G-200 gel filtration and further purified by DEAE-Sephadex chromatography. Both enzymes hydrolyse maltose and glycogen to free glucose. Indirect evidence has been obtained of the possible occurrence of further α-glucosidases in human urine.
