In this study; recent literatures about H. lupulus (Hops) was reviewed. Four different cultivated types of H. lupulus growing in Turkey were tested according to the European Pharmacopoeia. In our country, cultivated types of H. lupulus are called as Aroma, Braveskot, 9 Number Erciyes and 7 Number Ege. 16 different samples belonging to these types of H.
