The occurrence of mass mortality of Hybrid Groupers (Epinephelus sp.) in City of Grouper, Situbondo Regency hurts local and national grouper production which has resulted in the decline of grouper production. During the period February 2018 - April 2018 there was high mortality in Hybrid Grouper cultivation. This study identified the cause of mortality

Abstract An outbreak of suspected iridovirus disease in cultured hybrid grouper (♀Tiger Grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus × ♂ Giant Grouper Epinephelus lanceolatus) occurred in the Guangxi Province in July, 2018. In this study, grouper iridovirus Guangxi (SGIV-Gx) was isolated from diseased hybrid grouper that were collected from Guangxi.

Abstract An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to estimate the optimum dietary myo-inositol (MI) requirement for juvenile hybrid grouper (Brown-marbled Grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀ × Giant Grouper E. lanceolatus ♂). Myo-inositol was supplemented at 0 (control group), 150, 300, 600, 900, 1,200, and 2,000 mg/kg of diet.

Starch is an important non-protein energy source in the practical diets for fish and its optimal inclusion can maximise the use of dietary protein for growth. In the present study, a feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of protein sparing with carbohydrates on growth and diet digestibility in hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ×

This study focuses in investigating the fatty acid contents of surviving infected hybrid grouper fed with oleic acid immunostimulant. After a 6-week feeding trial, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus × Epinephelus lanceolatus fingerlings were infected with Vibrio vulnificus. One week after bacterial challenge, fish oil was extracted from body tissue of surviving
