Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

The atomistic-continuum hybrid taxonomy and the hybrid-hybrid approach [PDF]
International Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering, 2014 The Laplacian method, initially introduced in Alexiadis et al. 2013 (1), is here extended to 2D cases. The solution algorithm on which the method is based is modified in order to tackle the issue of numerical noise in 2D domains.
