Integrated photo-responsive metal oxide semiconductor circuit [PDF]
An infrared photoresponsive element (RD) is monolithically integrated into a source follower circuit of a metal oxide semiconductor device by depositing a layer of a lead chalcogenide as a photoresistive element forming an ohmic bridge between two ...

A thermostable trilayer resist for niobium lift-off
We have developped a novel lift-off process for fabrication of high quality superconducting submicron niobium structures. The process makes use of a thermostable polymer with a high transition temperature T_{g}= 235 C and an excellent chemical stability.

Stimulated Forward Brillouin Scattering in Subwavelength Grating Silicon Membranes
This work proposes a novel strategy to achieve large Brillouin scattering with independent control of the optical and mechanical modes using subwavelength silicon membranes. We experimentally demonstrate remarkably high Brillouin gain, resulting in an on/off Stokes gain of 3 dB and anti‐Stokes loss of 4 dB in a 6 mm‐long waveguide with 35 mW of on‐chip

Extraction of titanium from titanomagnettis [PDF]
In this paper, we study the possibility of obtaining iron and titanium-vanadium concentrates with highest contents of iron and titanium, respectively, through hydrometallurgical processing of the titanomagnetite ores of the Chineisk deposit.

Multimode Phonon Lasing via Self‐Induced Optical Coherent Pumping
A silicon optomechanical nanobeam generates self‐sustained phonon lasing in multiple competing mechanical modes via self‐pulsing, an intrinsic optical modulation arising from cavity nonlinearity. This self‐organized mechanism enables robust multi‐frequency operation spanning periodic, quasi‐periodic, and chaotic regimes without external modulation. The

Research on the process and mechanism of preparing titanium-rich materials from complex ilmenite
A new process for the development and utilization of titanium-iron sand ore from Yunnan province is proposed. We provide a detailed analysis of the chemical composition and mineral structure of the raw material, and describe a pretreatment involving low ...

Hierarchically Porous Coatings for Cellulose Fibers by Core–Shell Particle Templating
Hybrid and functional core–shell particles comprising a silica core and a polymer shell were synthesized and used to develop a coating and etching process applied to a cellulose substrate. This resulted in highly porous, functional coatings on a cellulose membrane for further application in cellulose‐based adsorbers and advanced membrane technology ...
