Biogenesis of TNF‐α‐insights into proteostasis and inflammation
The FEBS Journal, EarlyView.TNF‐α biogenesis, trafficking, and signalling are tightly and reciprocally coupled to cellular proteostasis systems, including ER chaperones and endoplasmic reticulum‐associated degradation. This bidirectional crosstalk determines whether TNF‐α responses are adaptive or proteotoxic.

Gender, Work &Organization, EarlyView.ABSTRACT A widely held assumption is that women self‐advocate less than men. Our study challenges this view. Drawing on interviews with 71 men and women in a multinational company's leadership development pipeline and 10 HRM managers, we examine how women navigate self‐advocacy within gendered organizational logics.
