HECC (Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography)

EAI/Springer Innovations in Communication and Computing, 2021
Cybersecurity plays a very important role in our daily lives to protect our data against unauthorized access. Cryptography as the core functionality can provide key intelligence services such as protection, authentication, key setup, and integrity of data.

A Family of Subfield Hyperelliptic Curves for Use in Cryptography

Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 2020
This paper proposes a family of hyperelliptic curves of genus two for public-key cryptographic primitives. Being subfield curves, the members of this family are easy to generate. Although slightly slower than elliptic curves at the same security level, hyperelliptic curves of our family exhibit performance comparable to widely used hyperelliptic curves

A flexible integrated cryptoprocessor for authentication protocols based on hyperelliptic curve cryptography

2010 International Symposium on System on Chip, 2010
An integrated cryptographic processor for public key cryptography for embedded systems is proposed in this contribution. The architecture is designed for computational intensive applications based on hyperelliptic curve cryptography (HECC) in the automotive domain.

An Improved Level of Security for DNA Steganography Using Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography

Wireless Personal Communications, 2016
Steganography is the art of science of hiding information which is more useful in many social networks, digital media, and printing material. Many hiding algorithms are used to flourish the security level of the recent wireless multimedia system to protect the data from an attacker.
