Identifying Tipping Points during Healthy Brain Aging through Single‐Nucleus Transcriptomic Analysis
This study applies single‐nucleus transcriptomics and systems dynamics to uncover nonlinear aging patterns in healthy human brains. By introducing dynamic network biomarker theory, the authors identify a critical tipping point at ages 56–60 during aging, and highlight glial instability as a key mediator.

Scalable Control of Mounting and Attack by ESR1+ Neurons in the Ventromedial Hypothalamus
Social behaviours, such as aggression or mating, proceed through a series of appetitive and consummatory phases that are associated with increasing levels of arousal. How such escalation is encoded in the brain, and linked to behavioural action selection,

Activity Based Anorexia as an Animal Model for Anorexia Nervosa–A Systematic Review [PDF]
Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a severe eating disorder affecting around 1 per 100 persons. However, the knowledge about its underlying pathophysiology is limited.

Hesperidin nanoparticles (HE NPs) effectively combat obesity and sleep‐disordered breathing in mice by enhancing leptin sensitivity. Through suppression of hypothalamic endoplasmic reticulum stress and restoration of leptin signaling, HE NPs promote weight loss and improve breathing during sleep.

Estrous behavior in dairy cows: identification of underlying mechanisms and gene functions [PDF]
Selection in dairy cattle for a higher milk yield has coincided with declined fertility. One of the factors is reduced expression of estrous behavior. Changes in systems that regulate the estrous behavior could be manifested by altered gene expression ...

This study investigates adenomyosis fibrosis in relation to nociceptive nerves. Nociceptive nerve‐secreted CGRP promotes RAMP1hi CD140b+ CD146+ fibroblast differentiation into myofibroblasts through ERK activation, causing severe fibrosis. Rimegepant‐induced CGRP/RAMP1 signaling blockade alleviates fibrosis and restores fertility in a mouse model. This

Neonatal Hypopituitarism: Approaches to Diagnosis and Treatment
Hypopituitarism is defined as a decreased release of hypophyseal hormones, which may be caused by disease of the pituitary gland disease or hypothalamus. The clinical findings of neonatal hypopituitarism depend on the causes and on presence and extent of

Multi‐modality imaging strategy applied to PRV‐induced central nervous system infection enables dynamic visualization of cerebrovascular dysfunction, including hyperemia, hypoperfusion, and vascular remodeling. These changes are linked to microglial activation and impaired angiogenesis, providing mechanistic insight into PRV neuropathogenesis and ...
