Schlouder: A broker for IaaS clouds [PDF]
In the field of cloud computing, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provides virtualized on-demand computing resources on a pay-per-use model. IaaS Cloud differ from traditional mutualized infrastructures in that the resources can be dynamically claimed and released, and the real hardware infrastructure is unknown to its users.

ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.

3D Chromatin Architecture Provides Insights Into Leaf Trait Variation Among Pear Species
ABSTRACT Three‐dimensional (3D) chromatin architecture plays a fundamental role in eukaryotic gene regulations, its functional significance in perennial fruit trees remains poorly characterized despite extensive applications in crop genomics. Here, we developed high‐resolution (∼5 kb) Hi‐C maps of Pyrus and compared 3D genomic architecture of three ...

Monoclonal antibodies are powerful anticancer therapeutics targeting tumor‐associated antigens. Mass spectrometry enables precise and accurate quantification of mAbs in tumor plasma and healthy organs. Unlike ligand binding assay and radioactivity, mass spectrometry does not suffer from matrix effects and labelling artefacts while facilitating method ...

Asteroids Coupled Dynamics Analysis by Means of Accurate Mass Distribution and Perturbations Modeling [PDF]
One of the most important aspects when dealing with a Potentially Hazardous Object (PHO) is the accurate determination of its dynamical state. In particular, the determi-nation of orbital and rotational perturbations is important to propagate accurately ...
