, 2009 致死性不整脈に対し植込み型除細動器(以下ICDと省略)が推奨され、年々その適応患者が増加している。ICD植込みは、退院後の患者の就労に大きく影響すると考え、今回就労調査を行った。その結果、精神的不安はICD植込み後の就労に大きく影響し、誤った知識での就労は不必要な配置換えや危険な労働環境となる可能性があることがわかった。入院中に効果的な情報収集を行い、病棟スタッフが統一して包括的な退院指導を行えることが望ましいと考えられた。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 38(1): 9-17 ...
