Increasing the reporting of adverse drug reaction‐related hospitalizations using an ICD‐10‐based identification workflow: A multicentre study from Switzerland

Background Reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) is essential for drug safety. In Switzerland, healthcare professionals are legally required to report serious and unlabelled ADRs, yet under‐reporting remains widespread. Identification of antibiotic allergies in children using prescribing patterns in the electronic medical record

Background By age three, 5%–75% of children have a documented antibiotic allergy (AL). Despite this prevalence, recognition remains low because of limited clinician knowledge and time. External validation of the BAN‐ADHF diuretic‐resistance score in the DAPA‐RESIST clinical trial

Diuretic resistance in worsening heart failure (HF) is associated with poorer outcomes and, although common, can be challenging to identify. The recently developed BAN‐ADHF score can potentially identify patients with worsening HF at risk of diuretic resistance.
