Estimation of stresses in atmospheric ice during aeolian vibration of power transmission lines [PDF]
Aeolian vibration in bare and iced cable was simulated using the theory of cable vibration. High frequency vibration creates stresses in the cable and consequently in the ice covering that cable, which may result in ice failure and eventually ice ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Oceanographic conditions beneath Fimbul Ice Shelf, Antarctica [PDF]
Antarctic ice shelves play a key role in the global climate system, acting as important sites for the cooling of shelf waters, thereby facilitating deep and bottom water formation.

Incorporation of particulates into accreted ice above subglacial Vostok lake, Antarctica [PDF]
The nature of microscopic particulates in meteoric and accreted ice from the Vostok (Antarctica) ice core is assessed in conjunction with existing ice-core data to investigate the mechanism by which particulates are incorporated into refrozen lake water.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Geomorphological Evidence of Ice Activity on Mars Surface at Mid-Latitudes
Extensive radar investigations, observed spectral signatures, geomorphological, and paleoclimate modeling support the presence of mid- to low-latitude ground ice on Mars. The presence of near-surface ice and glacial features has been proposed in Ismenius

Theoretical Study on the Ice Melting with Transient Double Effects of Temperature and Concentration
The melting of the ice plate with the transient double effects of the temperature and concentration was studied theoretically. In the present study, our main attention was paid to the early stage of melting, when the abrupt changes of the temperature and

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
