Novel Bispecific Engagers Targeting the CεmX Domain of mIgE‐Expressing Cells

We developed bispecific TCE & NKCE targeting the CεmX domain of mIgE to eliminate IgE‐producing cells. Both constructs demonstrated potent, specific, dose‐dependent cytotoxicity and selective immune activation in vitro.
