Cytokine‐engineered CAR‐T cells represent a promising immunotherapy against malignancies due to direct tumor killing and potent immunity response. However, significant toxicities, including CRS and ICANS, have restricted clinical applications. How to keep the risk‐benefit balance of the advanced therapy is of great importance for maximizing the benefit

Ignition Delay Period Prediction for Compression Ignition Engines Fueled with Ethanol/Diesel Blends
A key characteristic of diesel engines is predicting the ignition delay period. This work predicts the ignition delay in diesel engines using combinations of ethanol/diesel fuel blend and pure diesel as fuel replacements.

Ignition Delay in Low Temperature Combustion
<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">Low temperature combustion (LTC) strategies present a means of reducing soot and oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions while simultaneously increasing efficiency relative to conventional combustion modes. By sufficiently premixing fuel and air before combustion, LTC strategies avoid

Spontaneous ignition characteristics of gaseous hydrocarbon-air mixtures [PDF]
Experiments are conducted to determine the spontaneous ignition delay times of gaseous propane, kerosine vapor, and n-heptane vapor in mixtures with air, and oxygen-enriched air, at atmospheric pressure. Over a range of equivalence ratios from 0.2 to 0.8

Spontaneous Ignition Delay of Fuel Sprays
Spontaneous ignition delay of fuel sprays injected into hot air in the temperature range from 250° to 900°C was measured at atmospheric pressure for various type of fuels. It is found that Arrhenius plot of the ignition delay is not linear but is bent at a temperature region from 600° to 700°C, and that the fluctuation in time lag becomes wider as the ...
