Can soil biology tests improve phosphorus and potassium corn fertilizer recommendations?

open access: yesAgronomy Journal, Volume 114, Issue 6, Page 3457-3472, November/December 2022., 2022
Abstract Integrating soil health (SH) biological properties with soil fertility (SF) evaluations offers a unique opportunity to potentially refine fertilizer recommendations. The objectives of this research included: (a) evaluating current University of Missouri P and K fertilizer recommendations for corn (Zea mays L.) and (b) assess whether SH ...

Pengaruh temperatur biogas dan waktu penyalaan terhadap kinerja motor bakar menggunakan sistem dual fuel pertamax-biogas [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
Biogas is an alternative fuel that can be used to replace fossil fuels which are non-renewable energy sources and their availability is decreasing. The use of biogas as fuel for gasoline engines can be done using a dual fuel system (Pertamax-Biogas). The

Predicting Electricity Infrastructure Induced Wildfire Risk in California [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
This paper examines the use of risk models to predict the timing and location of wildfires caused by electricity infrastructure. Our data include historical ignition and wire-down points triggered by grid infrastructure collected between 2015 to 2019 in Pacific Gas & Electricity territory along with various weather, vegetation, and very high resolution

Ignition Behind Decaying Shock Waves : Detonation Cells [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
We first address the problem of initiation behind decaying shock waves analytically and numerically. The ignition along a particle path crossing the shock is analysed in terms of its volumetric expansion, evaluated as a function of the shock strength, decay rate, and curvature using the shock change equations.
