Our study in Bali, Indonesia reveals 15.2% prevalence of early postoperative arrhythmias following cardiac surgery for congenital heart defects. Notably, complete heart block (CHB) is the most common arrhythmia. Key risk factors identified are cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) duration and potassium levels.
