Variations in serum soluble IL‐2 receptor concentration
Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, 1994Soluble interleukin‐2 receptor (sIL‐2R) concentrations were measured in the sera of 18 healthy adult volunteers, 40 healthy children aged 5 months ‐ 16 years 8 months and cord blood from 10 babies, using two commercially available ELISA kits (T‐cell Sciences and Serotec).

T cells expressing IL-2 receptor in migraine.
Acta neurologica, 1991We studied a group of migraine patients for circulating immune complexes, lymphocyte subpopulations, IgG4 and anti-IgG antibodies, before, after 4 hours and after 72 hours a specific challenge test. We found an increased incidence of circulating immune complexes. Total T cells showed a marked increase after challenge test.
