Raspberry Ketone Attenuates LPS‐Induced Glial Inflammation and Lipid Droplet Accumulation

open access: yesFood Frontiers, Volume 7, Issue 5, September 2026.
Food‐Derived Raspberry Ketone Regulates Glial Inflammation and Lipid Homeostasis through TLR4/NF‐κB Signaling: Raspberry ketone mitigates LPS‐induced glial inflammatory responses and lipid metabolic disturbances through inhibition of the TLR4/NF‐κB pathway.

Circulating Tumor DNA and Immune Response Markers for Improved Treatment Outcome Prediction in Diffuse Large B‐Cell Lymphoma: A Scoping Review

open access: yesHematological Oncology, Volume 44, Issue 5, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Early identification of refractory disease remains a significant unmet clinical need in patients with diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This scoping review was conducted to assess the current knowledge on the use of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), either alone or in combination with immune markers, as predictive tools for treatment outcome

Divergent Clonal Trajectories of FLT3‐ITD in Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Their Clinical and Transcriptomic Associations

open access: yesHematological Oncology, Volume 44, Issue 5, September 2026.
ABSTRACT FLT3‐ITD occurs in approximately 20%–25% of cases of adult AML and is associated with increased relapse risk and shorter survival. FLT3‐ITD status informs AML risk at diagnosis, but its dynamic changes during disease evolution are not well defined.

Ecological Restoration of Degraded Mining Soils Through Key‐Layer Construction Using Industrial By‐Products: A Comprehensive Analysis of Soil Physics, Microbiology, and Maize Yield

open access: yesLand Degradation &Development, Volume 37, Issue 15, Page 11613-11627, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Coal mining severely degrades soil profiles and ecosystem functions, highlighting the need for effective reclamation. Reconstructing soil profiles with industrial solid wastes offers a promising waste‐to‐resource approach, but the ecological effects of different engineered key‐layer materials remain unclear.

METTL14‐Mediated N6‐Methyladenosine Exacerbates Acute Lung Injury via USP30/NCOA4‐Dependent Ferroptosis

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 9, September 2026.
METTL14‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine aggravates ischemia/reperfusion‐induced acute lung injury by enhancing YTHDF1‐dependent USP30 expression. USP30 stabilizes NCOA4 through deubiquitination, thereby promoting ferritinophagy, iron accumulation, lipid peroxidation, and ferroptosis in lung epithelial cells.

Monoallelic SH2B1 Variants in Neurodevelopmental Disorders: Phenotypic Expansion and Functional Characterization of Rare Variants

open access: yesMolecular Genetics &Genomic Medicine, Volume 14, Issue 9, September 2026.
This study delineates the clinical spectrum associated with rare monoallelic SH2B1 variants in individuals with NDDs. Functional analyses suggest variant‐specific effects on protein expression, subcellular localization, and ERK signaling responses.

Harnessing exotic germplasm for red clover improvement: Tracking genomic introgression and deploying genomic selection

open access: yesThe Plant Genome, Volume 19, Issue 3, September 2026.
Abstract Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) is a globally important temperate forage legume. Its symbiosis with soil‐borne rhizobia enables nitrogen fixation, and its ability to produce quality forage under diverse soil conditions enhances pasture productivity, particularly during water deficits.

Dissecting genetic architecture and improving machine learning‑based genomic prediction of flowering time in Osmanthus fragrans by integrating structural variants

open access: yesThe Plant Genome, Volume 19, Issue 3, September 2026.
Abstract Sweet osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans), a traditional ornamental plant in China, exhibits substantial variation in autumn flowering time, which significantly affects landscape application and cultivation efficiency. Here, we performed a genome‐wide association study on 127 resequenced accessions classified into early, intermediate, and late ...

Multi‐omics insights into salinity tolerance in African bermudagrass

open access: yesThe Plant Genome, Volume 19, Issue 3, September 2026.
Abstract African bermudagrass (Cynodon transvaalensis Burtt‐Davy) is a key parent species used to produce interspecific hybrid bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon × C. transvaalensis). Due to the increasing use of non‐potable water for landscape irrigation, salt stress has become a major concern in the turfgrass industry.

Genomic Insights Into the Multimetal Resilience and Biofilm‐Templated Nanorod Biosynthesis of Stenotrophomonas bentonitica BII‐R7: Bioremediation and Green Nanotechnology Implications

open access: yesMicrobial Biotechnology, Volume 19, Issue 9, September 2026.
Biofilm extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in Stenotrophomonas bentonitica BII‐R7 direct the formation of crystalline trigonal selenium nanorods. Comparative genomics identifies a unique genetic toolkit underpinning EPS composition and metal resilience, positioning this strain as a platform for bioremediation and green nanomaterial synthesis ...
