PARPi Combining Nanoparticle LIN28B siRNA for the Management of Malignant Ascites
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study demonstrates that co‐inhibition of LIN28B and PARP using siLin28b/DSSP@lip‐PEG‐FA nanoparticles in combination with the PARP inhibitor BMN673 effectively suppresses the accumulation of malignant ascites associated with advanced cancers.

Category-Specific Object Image Denoising
IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, 2017 We present a novel image denoising algorithm that uses external, category specific image database. In contrast to existing noisy image restoration algorithms that search patches either from a generic database or noisy image itself, our method first selects clean images similar to the noisy image from a database that consists of images of the same class.

A Virtual Clinical Trial of Psychedelics to Treat Patients With Disorders of Consciousness
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Disorders of consciousness after severe brain injury are marked by reduced complexity of brain activity and limited treatment options. Using personalized whole‐brain models, this study shows that simulated lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and psilocybin shift patient brain dynamics closer to criticality.
