In this paper we present a reversible watermarking technique for digital images. In our context, reversibility refers to the ability to restore the original image by the watermark detector. The technique is based on a transformation function that introduces 'gaps' in the image histogram. The 'gaps' are used to encode the watermark.

Geometric Invariance in Image Watermarking
IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, 2004Surviving geometric attacks in image watermarking is considered to be of great importance. In this paper, the watermark is used in an authentication context. Two solutions are being proposed for such a problem. Both geometric and invariant moments are used in the proposed techniques.
