Solution‐Processed Two‐Dimensional Indium Oxide on Sodium‐Embedded Alumina for Reconfigurable Optoelectronic Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

Posibility of using 1-alkoxymethyl-4-(dimethylamine)pyridinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imides as Electrolytes for Electrochemical Capacitors

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2015
1-alkoxymethyl-4-(dimethylamine)pyridiniumbis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imides have beensuccessfully synthesized in high yields by the reaction of chlorides or bromides with lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imides.

Extremely Long Electron Lifetime in Spontaneously Passivated Polycrystalline Perovskite Layers via Illumination‐Assisted Trap Filling

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising next‐generation photovoltaics. The high performance of PSCs is attributed to the long carrier lifetimes of perovskite photoabsorbers. However, the carrier lifetimes of polycrystalline perovskite layers, which serve as the photoabsorbers in practical PSCs, have remained limited to several tens of ...

Highly Substituted 1,4‐Benzodiazepin‐2‐ones: A Rapid Modular Approach From Arynes and Unsymmetrical Imides

open access: yesChemistryEurope
We present a method for the rapid assembly of highly substituted 1,4‐benzodiazepin‐2‐ones by the addition of unsymmetrical imides to arynes, the subsequent deprotection of a protected amino functionality followed by immediate ring closure.

Reductive Heck Reactions of N-Methyl-substituted Tricyclic Imides

open access: yesMolecules, 2010
The palladium-catalyzed hydroarylation of N-methyl-substituted tricyclic imides was studied in order to find a new stereoselective access to a series of new exo-aryl(hetaryl)-substituted tricyclic N-methylimides.

The imide tautomer of sulfasalazine [PDF]

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section C Crystal Structure Communications, 2004
The title compound, 5-[4-[(2-pyridylideneamino)sulfonyl]phenyldiazenyl]salicylic acid, C(18)H(14)N(4)O(5)S, crystallizes as the imide tautomer in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c. In addition to an intramolecular O-H.O hydrogen bond, intermolecular O-H.O interactions link adjacent molecules into helices, which are connected by pairwise N-H.N ...

Bio‐Derived Polyelectrolyte Additive–Induced Interfacial Ion‐Diffusion Barriers for Nonvolatile Organic Artificial Synapses

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Sodium alginate regulates interfacial ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. The carboxylate‐rich polymeric network forms a dynamic interfacial ion‐diffusion barrier that facilitates ion injection during programming while suppressing ion back‐diffusion, thereby stabilizing the electrochemically doped channel state.

Charge Generation and Recombination Pathways in All‐Polymer Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Multimodal spectroscopy and device analysis reveal how field‐dependent charge generation, transport limitations, and non‐geminate recombination govern performance losses in all polymer solar cells. The results identify the key processes controlling charge extraction and recombination, providing insights for the design of more efficient all‐polymer ...
