A simplified immunoenzyme antigen binding technique as an approach for immunodiagnosis
Journal of Immunological Methods, 1980A simple immunoenzyme technique is described in which the enzyme beta-galactosidase of E. coli (Z) is used as a marker. The principle of the test is based on the ability of the cells to bind the antigen. Conditions of the assay using Z both as the antigen and marker are described.

Localization of cathepsin L in rat kidney revealed by immunoenzyme and immunogold techniques
Histochemistry, 1988Localization of cathepsin L in rat kidney was investigated by immunocytochemical techniques. Kidneys were fixed by perfusion and embedded in Epon or Lowicryl K4M without postosmication. For light microscopy (LM), semi-thin sections of the Epon-embedded material were stained by the immunoenzyme technique after removal of epoxy resin.

Enfermedades infecciosas y microbiologia clinica, 1991A comparative study of an enzyme immunoassay (EIA Captia Syphilis Mercia), FTA-Abs and VDRL to detect anti-Treponema pallidum antibodies was carried out in overall 290 subjects: 113 had a diagnosis of syphilis (40 primary and 73 secondary) and 117 were controls (40 with nonsyphilitic ulcers, 52 with falsely positive VDRL and 85 healthy subjects).
