[Immunoenzyme technique for detection of natural antibodies to bradykinin in cardiovascular diseases].

open access: yesKlinicheskaia laboratornaia diagnostika, 2001
A method for detecting natural antibodies to bradykinin by ELISA has been developed. A polymeric matrix model of peptide antigen has been synthesized for this purpose. Optimal conditions for detecting antigen and antibodies in the sera of donors and cardiovascular patients have been chosen.

[Immunoenzyme technique for analysis of cystatin C in serum of patients with hemoblastosis].

open access: yesKlinicheskaia laboratornaia diagnostika, 2003
Cystatin C is a low-molecular endogenous inhibitor of cysteic proteinases. Sets for immune-enzyme assay of cystatin C in human blood serum (KRKK, Slovenia) were made used of in the case study. The concentration of cystatin C (CCC) in blood serum was found to be higher in cases of certain hemoblastoses (Non-Hodgkin's disease, lymphogranulomatosis and ...

[Immunoenzyme technique for detection of salivary anti-diphtheria antibacterial antibodies].

open access: yesKlinicheskaia laboratornaia diagnostika, 2010
Enzyme immunoassay for determining salivary anti-diphtheria antibacterial IgA was developed to evaluate local anti-diphtheria immunity. One hundred and thirty-one apparently healthy preschool and school children aged 2 to 16 years, inoculated with diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and pertussis and attenuated diphtheria and tetanus toxoid vaccines by the ...
