Strict Kantorovich contractions for Markov chains and Euler schemes with general noise [PDF]
We study contractions of Markov chains on general metric spaces with respect to some carefully designed distance-like functions, which are comparable to the total variation and the standard $L^p$-Wasserstein distances for $p \ge 1$. We present explicit lower bounds of the corresponding contraction rates.

Sympathetic nerve innervation promotes the progression of Epstein‐Barr virus‐positive diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (EBV+ DLBCL) via β2‐adrenergic receptors. The discovery of enhanced nerve infiltration and β2AR expression reveals a novel mechanism and highlights the sympathetic–β2AR axis as a promising target for therapeutic intervention in EBV+ DLBCL.

Analysis of the structural correlates for antibody polyreactivity by multiple reassortments of chimeric human immunoglobulin heavy and light chain V segments. [PDF]
Polyreactive antibodies (Abs) constitute a major proportion of the early Ab repertoire and are an important component of the natural defense mechanisms against infections.

In the tumor margin of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), activated hepatic stellate cells upregulate MTFR2, initiating inhibiting DRP1 degradation and mitochondrial fission. This enhances mitochondrial availability and facilitates FAs synthesis via ACC1. Additionally, fission promotes RAC1‐mediated cytoskeletal remodeling and Miro1‐mediated mitochondrial

Diversity against adversity: How adaptive immunity evolves potent antibodies [PDF]
How does immune system evolve functional proteins - potent antibodies - in such a short time? We address this question using a microscopic, protein-level, sequence-based model of humoral immune response with explicitly defined interactions between Immunoglobulins, host and pathogen proteins.

Holographic immunoassays [PDF]
The size of a probe bead reported by holographic particle characterization depends on the proportion of the surface area covered by bound target molecules and so can be used as an assay for molecular binding. We validate this technique by measuring the kinetics of irreversible binding for the antibodies immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM)

Cardiomyocyte‐enriched USP20 regulates the K63‐linked ubiquitination of STAT3, and the cardiomyocyte‐specific USP20‐STAT3‐CARM1 axis exerts a protective role in cardiac hypertrophy. Targeting USP20 through cardiac‐specific gene therapy presents a promising strategy for the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy.

CHIN117 is a dual cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CYSLTR1) antagonist and G‐protein‐coupled bile acid receptor 1 (GPBAR1) agonist. In the liver, GPBAR1 and CYSLTR1 are coexpressed by liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs), HSCs, circulating monocytes/macrophages, and liver resident macrophages (Kupffer cells).

Clathrin structure characterized with monoclonal antibodies. I. Analysis of multiple antigenic sites. [PDF]
Three monoclonal antibodies that react with previously undefined antigenic determinants on the clathrin molecule have been produced and characterized. They were isolated from a fusion between myeloma cells and popliteal lymphocytes from SJL mice that had
