Correlation of Biometric Parameters With Endothelial Distance in EVO ICL Phakic Lens Implantation
Purpose: The correlations between different parameters and the positioning of the EVO ICL were analyzed. Significant correlations were observed, highlighting the relationship between the endothelium and the anterior surface of the phakic ICL lens. However, it is important to note that GAP is only a postoperative measure and cannot be used to directly ...

In this study, a new approach was attempted to reduce the glistening of intraocular lens materials by introducing hydrophobic acrylic monomers with different alkyl side chain lengths. We confirmed that with increasing alkyl side chain lengths, hydrophobicity increases, while the glistening decreases.

Purpose. The reference range for the preoperative anterior chamber angle width for ICL surgery is unclear. Our objective was to assess the clinical effect and the range of anterior chamber angle width of posterior‐chamber implantable collamer lens V4c (ICL V4c) implantation in patients with anterior chamber depth (ACD) < 2.8 mm. Methods.

Safety and visual outcomes following posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens bilensectomy [PDF]
To evaluate the safety, efficacy, refractive outcomes and causes for bilensectomy (phakic intraocular lens - pIOL - explantation with cataract surgery and pseudophakic intraocular lens implantation) in patients previously implanted with posterior chamber

Rotational Stability after Toric Implantable Collamer Lens Implantation
Purpose: To evaluate rotational stability of Toric Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) implantation to correct myopic astigmatism. Methods: We estimated the degree of Toric ICL rotation together with change in visual acuity and astigmatism in 118 eyes of 66 patients who underwent Toric ICL implantation and had a long-term mean follow-up period of 37 months.

Objective. To assess repeatability and agreement of central vault for implantable collamer lens (ICL) measured by the Tomey OA‐2000 biometry and Spectralis optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods. In this prospective study, the central vault was measured by the Tomey OA‐2000 biometer and Spectralis OCT in 84 eyes (43 patients) after ICL ...

Toric intraocular lenses for correction of astigmatism in keratoconus and after corneal surgery [PDF]
Purpose: To describe the results of cataract extraction with toric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in patients with preexisting astigmatism from three corneal conditions (keratoconus, postkeratoplasty, and postpterygium surgery).
