Impact of molecular diagnostics and targeted cancer therapy on patient outcomes (MODIFY): a retrospective study of the implementation of precision oncology

The authors conducted a retrospective study of 94 patients with advanced cancer who underwent next‐generation sequencing (NGS) gene panel analysis and received targeted treatments when applicable. Results further support evidence indicating that molecular profiling provides clinical benefit.

This paper proposes an efficient implementation for a continuous terminal algorithm (CTA). Integration of single‐cell and bulk RNA‐sequencing data reveals the prognostic potential of epithelial gene markers for prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is a leading malignancy with significant clinical heterogeneity in men. An 11‐gene signature derived from dysregulated epithelial cell markers effectively predicted biochemical recurrence‐free survival in patients who underwent radical surgery or radiotherapy.
