[Process assessment: importance and current limits].

Revue d'epidemiologie et de sante publique, 2001
Assessment of processes in health care is needed for the measurement of six domains of quality of care (appropriateness, security, respect and caring, availability, continuity and timeliness). We propose here a typology of care, organisational and management processes. Process indicators can be classified according to objectives of the evaluation, type

Importance of histamine in modulatory processes, locomotion and memory

Behavioural Brain Research, 2001
Acetylcholine modulates histaminergic transmission via M(1) receptors. On the other hand, cholinergic transmission is modulated by neighbouring histaminergic neurons via H(1), H(2) and H(3) receptors. Dopaminergic and GABAergic neurons are also involved in these modulatory mechanisms.
