Review of nutrition management of pediatric intestinal pseudo‐obstruction
Abstract Chronic intestinal pseudo‐obstruction (CIPO) is a rare, heterogeneous, and debilitating disorder characterized by profound intestinal dysmotility and severe nutrition challenges. Its presentation resembles that of mechanical bowel obstruction, but CIPO occurs in the absence of luminal obstruction.

ABSTRACT Contact of Corynebacterium diphtheriae with macrophages induces adaptations on both bacterial and cellular sides. The study presented here was aiming to shed light on the simultaneous intracellular adaptation of the bacteria and changes in the proteome of the phagocytes in response to the internalization of C. diphtheriae.

This cross‐sectional study enrolled Thai patients with spondyloarthritis to assess the prevalence and its impact. Fibromyalgia was present in 5.5% and significantly impaired health‐related quality of life and symptom perception. Low disease activity, good sleep quality, and FS < 3 were independently associated with achieving PASS.

Chronic pain reflects maladaptive network interactions across sensory, salience/affective, and descending modulatory pathways. We review evidence for non‐invasive brain stimulation—rTMS, tES, and low‐intensity focused ultrasound—highlighting modest, variable, and often short‐lived analgesic effects under conventional protocols.
