Monostatic Antenna In-Band Full Duplex Radio: Performance Limits and Characterization

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2019
This paper presents an in-band full duplex (IBFD) architecture, comprised of a monostatic antenna and software defined radio (SDR) implementing digital self-interference cancellation (DSIC). For this architecture, three alternative monostatic antennas with high passive suppression are integrated with a least squares linear DSIC algorithm implemented on

The Mitochondrial Guardian α‐Amyrin Mitigates Alzheimer's Disease Pathology via Modulation of the DLK‐SARM1‐ULK1 Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dietary habits play a key role in chronic diseases, and higher annual consumption of fruit and vegetable may lower risk of dementia. Artificial intelligence predicts the lipid‐like compound α‐Amyrin (αA) from plants with edible peels as a drug candidate against Alzheimer's disease.

Design and Characterization of DX‐Tile DNA Nanostar‐Based Hydrogels

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, the authors demonstrated that DNA DX‐tile‐based multi‐arm motifs can be used to assemble pure DNA hydrogels, offering greater design flexibility and enhanced control over their mechanical properties and functionalization capabilities compared to single duplex‐based DNA hydrogels.

Multicarrier Division Duplex Aided Millimeter Wave Communications

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
The existing time-division duplex (TDD) and frequency-division duplex (FDD) techniques rely on a guard time and/or a guard band to avoid self-interference (SI) between the uplink and downlink channels, which results in the wastage of precious spectral ...

Cuproptosis and Disulfidptosis Converge to Empower PD‐L1 Checkpoint Therapy via Cadict‐Induced PD‐L1 Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces Cadict, an EGFR‐targeted nanodrug that co‐delivers cuproptosis and disulfidptosis inducers to overcome immune resistance. Cadict synergistically enhances tumor cytotoxicity and sensitizes cancers to ICIs by upregulating PD‐L1 via an Eif5b‐dependent translation mechanism, fostering a potent antitumor immune response and ...

Real‐Time Visualization of Isoform‐Specific RAF‐KRAS Interactions in Living Cells Using FRET‐BRET Hybrid Biosensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hybrid FRET–BRET biosensors were developed to monitor RAF–KRAS interactions in living cells. These sensors enable real‐time visualization of interaction dynamics, quantitative spectral analysis, and validation of mutation‐selective inhibitors, providing a versatile platform for probing KRAS regulation and therapeutic responses. ABSTRACT The RAS–RAF–MEK–
