Estudamos neste trabalho o problema da determinação da quantidade de ovos em produtos alimentícios. Foram feitas análises em 18 biscoitos e 16 macarrões, e os resultados obtidos permitem-nos declarar que a determinação da quantidade de ovos em produtos alimentícios de acordo com a técnica descrita, é de grande exatidão.
