Deteksi senyawa isoflavon daidzein dan genistein pada kultur invitro kalus kedelai Glycine max Merr
The aim of this research is to identify the isofl avon compounds in the in-vitro cultured callus of soybean (Glycine max Merr.). This is an explorative research, in which callus were cultured in the B5 medium supplemented with 2 ppm 2,4 D.

Comparison of oocyte fertilization rates using different culture systems: A prospective cohort study
Context: The success of clinicalin vitro fertilization (IVF) may be hampered by suboptimal oocyte culture. Research over the past 25 years has resulted in the development of more physiological and effective culture systems capable of maintaining both ...

Culture conditions influence satellite cell activation and survival of single myofibers [PDF]
Single myofiber isolation protocols allow to obtain an in vitro system in which the physical association between the myofiber and its stem cells, the satellite cells, is adequately preserved.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Long-term in vitro 3D hydrogel co-culture model of inflammatory bowel disease [PDF]
The in vitro study of the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) requires a cell model which closely reflects the characteristics of the in vivo intestinal epithelium.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

In vitro and in vivo validation of human and goat chondrocyte labeling by green fluorescent protein lentivirus transduction [PDF]
We investigated whether human articular chondrocytes can be labeled efficiently and for long-term with a green fluorescent protein (GFP) lentivirus and whether the viral transduction would influence cell proliferation and tissue-forming capacity.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.
