In Vitro Propagation of Borage
Abstract In vitro shoot proliferation of borage (Borago officinalis L.) was achieved in a basal medium based on Murashige and Skoog salts supplemented with 17.6 μm BA (4 mg·liter−1) plus 10% (v/v) coconut water. Rooting of in vitro-produced shoots occurred in basal media and increased in response to the addition of IBA.

Abstract A combination of 1.0 mg/liter 6-benzylamino purine (BA) and 0.1 mg/liter naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) with 3% sucrose produced the greatest number of shoots from sterile leaf pieces of tarrogon (Artemesia dracunculus L. var. sativa) placed on Linsmaier-Skoog (LS) medium.

Cryptochrome and PAS/LOV proteins play intricate roles in circadian clocks where they act as both sensors and mediators of protein–protein interactions.
