Engineering Neuronal Network Connectivity Through Precise and Scalable Electrical Modulation
Advanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 43, 3 August 2026.This study presents a scalable all‐electrical method for precise neuronal‐circuit reconfiguration based on high‐density microelectrode arrays. By employing biologically inspired plasticity rules, targeted connectivity changes were successfully induced and quantified across diverse neuronal preparations.

CoRRMultigrid methods are popular iterative methods for solving large-scale sparse systems of linear equations. We present a mixed precision formulation of the multigrid V-cycle method with general assumptions on the finite precision errors coming from the application of coarsest-level solver and smoothing.
