PWM algorithms for indirect matrix converter
Proceedings of The 7th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference, 2012This paper presents a novel PWM algorithm for indirect matrix converter (abbreviated to IMC) is proposed. Generally, PWM algorithm for the rectifier is based on two larger source line voltages without zero vectors. In this paper, when considering the PWM algorithm for the rectifier, the inverter and motor can be seen as constant current load in DC link.

Fixed Slope Carrier PWM for Indirect Matrix Converter
2018 International Power Electronics Conference (IPEC-Niigata 2018 -ECCE Asia), 2018Indirect matrix converter (IMC) typically requires zero current commutation (ZCC) at its rectifier stage. This paper proposes a fixed slope carrier modulation for IMC. According to homothetic triangle, the modulating functions in the inverter stage are scaled by the rectifier stage to accomplish ZCC.
