Indirect shoot organogenesis from leaves of Dieffenbachia cv. Camouflage
Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 2007A novel protocol for indirect shoot organogenesis of Dieffenbachia cv. Camouflage was established using leaf explants excised from in vitro shoot cultures. The frequency of callus formation reached 96% for explants cultured on Murashige and Skoog (1962) basal medium supplemented with 5 μM thidiazuron and 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenozyacetic acid.

In vitro regeneration of Melothria maderaspatana via indirect organogenesis
In Vitro Cellular & Developmental Biology - Plant, 2008An effective protocol was developed for in vitro regeneration of the Melothria maderaspatana via indirect organogenesis in liquid and solid culture systems. Organogenesis was achieved from liquid culture calluses derived from leaf and petiole explants of mature plants.

Direct and Indirect Organogenesis of Alpinia galanga and the Phytochemical Analysis
Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology, 2011Alpinia galanga is a rhizomatous herb rich in essential oils and various other significant phytoconstituents. Rapid direct regeneration was obtained from the rhizome explants (15.66 ± 0.57 shoots) on MS media supplemented with zeatin at a concentration of 2 mg/l. The callus cultures of A.

Regeneration of Gynura aurantiaca ‘Purple Passion’ via indirect shoot organogenesis
Scientia Horticulturae, 2019Abstract Gynura aurantiaca (Blume) DC ‘Purple Passion’ is an important ornamental foliage plant. Its purple-colored leaves contain acylated anthocyanins which have potential to be natural food colorants. Production of this crop requires healthy and uniform starting materials or propagules.

In vitro Regeneration of Sugarcane Varieties via Indirect Organogenesis
ABSTRACT Sugarcane (Saccharum spp.) is an important economic crop that accounts for 70-80% of global sugar production. Nigerian domestic sugar production accounts for only 2.7% of the nation’s sugar consumption. Establishment of commercial sugarcane plantation requires a large number of planting material, which is difficult to obtain using the ...Babura, S. R. +4 more
