A Modified Open Loop Control of a Matrix Converter Connected to Wind Energy System
Wind energy conversion system (WECS) is bit by bit gaining interest as a suitable source of renewable energy. In this paper a direct AC-AC matrix converter is utilized to interface an isolated static load fed from WECS. A self-excited induction generator

HfxZr1−xO2${\rm Hf}_x{\rm Zr}_{1-x}{\rm O}_2$ offers CMOS‐compatible nanoscale ferroelectricity yet suffers from a high Ec${\rm E}_c$ demanding large operating voltages. A unified phase‐field framework spanning AFE/FE/DE phases shows how FE grains soften neighboring AFE grains over λ$\lambda$ ≈$\approx$ 22–37 nm.

Performance Analysis of Very Sparse Matrix Converter using Indirect Space Vector Modulation
In this p aper, Matrix Converter is which converts the AC to AC in a single stage. The merits of the matrix converter is its able to deliver variable output voltage with unrestricted input and output frequency, the lack of electrolytic capacitors, and the potential to raise the power density, decrease the size, less weight and better input power ...

This paper discusses the comparison method between two type modulations of direct matrix converter system with three-phase induction motor load. Matrix converter has accepted considerable interest as an alternative to conventional ac-dc-ac PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) converters in ac-ac conversion, especially for no-load induction motor drive. However,

USe3 is introduced as an actinide van der Waals semiconductor that mirrors the quasi‐one‐dimensional physics of transition‐metal trichalcogenides. Polarization‐resolved Raman spectroscopy on exfoliated flakes maps strong in‐plane phonon anisotropy and strain‐tunable mode shifts.

Hafnium zirconium oxide thin films are grown using plasma‐enhanced atomic layer deposition with the addition of an atomic layer annealing (ALA) step. ALA leads to a change in the short‐range structure of the deposit and encourages formation of the ferroelectric Pca21 phase. The result is wake‐up‐free performance with films exposed to ALA.

Differential space-time modulation schemes for smart antenna aided generalized multicarrier DS-CDMA systems [PDF]
—Differential space-time modulation (DSTM) schemes were proposed for detection without any knowledge of the Channel State Information (CSI), which is an attractive feature in the presence of fast fading channels, where accurate channel estimation is a ...

Architecture‐Driven Functional Coupling in Vertically Aligned Nanocomposites
Vertically aligned nanocomposites define a growth‐engineered architecture in which vertical interfaces, strain fields, defect pathways, and phase connectivity are created simultaneously. This review shows how these architectural features couple ferroic, optical, ionic, electrochemical, and device responses, establishing design rules and open challenges
