MOSFET Based Parallel Inductance Simulator

In this paper inductance simulator based on MOSFET-only is presented. Inductance simulator consists of only two MOSFETs and a grounded capacitor in the core structure while the whole structure is made up of only five MOSFETs. It is used MOS-capacitance insteads of external capacitor in the presented inductance simulator.

Simulation of infinite-Qinductance by inductance transistors

A new approach ia proposed to improve a Q-factor of an inductance transistor. Inserting an inductance in series with a. resistance in the inductance transistor circuit, the Q-factor can be made infinite. The principle and experimental results are described.

Inductive Voltage Divider Simulation in MATLAB

The single-harness decade inductive voltage divider model was made with the MATLAB/Simulink. The transfer function algorithm was given. The mathematical model accuracy was estimated with the comparing with the Pspice-model. The calculation results of amplitude error differ no more than 20%.
