Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Novel grounded parallel inductance simulators realization using a minimum number of active and passive components [PDF]
In this paper novel lossless and lossy grounded parallel inductance simulators are reported. All grounded inductor simulator circuits employing only a single DXCCII and three passive components are proposed.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

XRL: An FMM-Accelerated SIE Simulator for Resistance and Inductance Extraction of Complicated 3-D Geometries [PDF]
A fast multipole method (FMM)-accelerated surface integral equation (SIE) simulator, called XRL, is proposed for broadband resistance/inductance (RL) extraction under the magneto-quasi-static assumption.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

On dynamic delay and repeater insertion. [PDF]
In deep sub-micron technologies, as the wires are placed ever closer and signal rise and fall times go into the sub-nano second region, increased crosstalk has implications on the data throughput and on signal integrity. Depending on the data correlation

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
