Small, EarlyView.A spatiotemporal co‐delivery microneedle system (MN‐Mg) is developed for spinal cord injury repair. By generating hydrogen gas and magnesium ions in situ, this dual‐engine platform effectively scavenges ROS and modulates microglial polarization via the MAPK/AP‐1 signaling axis.
