Magnetic properties of (La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 ) x (CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 ) 1−x nanostructured composites

Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 2017
© 2017 Elsevier B.V. (La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 ) x (CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 ) 1−x (0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) nanostructured composites with La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 (LSMO) microinclusions in CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (CCTO) matrix were synthesized using a solid state method. The structural and microstructural details were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XFA ...

Diode-pumped continuous Wave Tm:KLu(WO4)2 and Tm:KY(WO4)2 microchip lasers

2016
© 2016 IEEE.Laser performance of Tm doped KLu(WO4)2 and KY(WO4)2 crystals was investigated in a microchip cavity configuration with fiber coupled laser diode as a pump source. The highest output power of 1013 mW with 51 % slope efficiency was obtained for Tm:KY(WO4)2 crystal. Using Tm:KLu(WO4)2 crystal output power of 912 mW and slope efficiency of 38 %

To the Intrinsic Magnetism of the Bi108Sn0.02Sb0.9Te2S Topological Insulator

JETP Letters, 2019
© 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Inc. Using Electron Spin Resonance spectroscopy together with the Superconducting Quantum Interference Device magnetometry, we found that the intrinsic magnetic moments, originating from the nonmagnetic structural defects of Bi1.08Sn0.02Sb0.9Te2S topological insulator form the superparamagnetic state. It represents an array

Exchange bias effect in CaMn0.9Nb0.1O3

Materials Chemistry and Physics, 2015
Abstract The exchange bias effect in CaMn0.9Nb0.1O3 has been investigated. It was found that both vertical and horizontal shifts in magnetic hysteresis loop of field cooled sample decrease monotonously with increasing temperature and vanish above 70 K, while the coercivity disappears only above 90 K, upon approaching the Neel temperature.

Interplay of rare-earth and transition-metal subsystems in Cu3Yb(SeO3)2O2Cl

2017
©2017 American Physical Society We present the synthesis and the experimental and theoretical study of the new member of the francisite family, Cu 3 Yb(SeO 3 ) 2 O 2 Cl. The compound reaches an antiferromagnetic order at T N = 36.7 K and experiences first-order spin-reorientation transition to weakly ferromagnetic phase at T R = 8.7 K evidenced in ...

Low temperature ESR in spin ladder (C7H10N)2Cu(1-x)ZnxBr4

2018
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Spin-gap magnet (C7H10N)2Cu(1-x)ZnxBr4(DIMPY) is an example of a strong-leg spin ladder. We report here the results of the ESR study of pure and diamagnetically diluted DIMPY. ESR study of the pure system (x=0) revealed that the spin dynamics of DIMPY is affected by uniform Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM ...

AC dielectric strength of synthetic ester-based Fe3O4, Al2O3 and SiO2 nanofluids — conformity with normal and weibull distributions

2019
This paper is aimed at studying the influence of conductive (Fe 3 O 4 ) and insulating (Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 ) nanoparticles at various concentrations on the AC dielectric strength of MIDEL 7131 synthetic ester. The Normal and Weibull distribution functions are used to analyze the breakdown voltages with 1, 10, and 50% risk probabilities estimated. It is
