YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Epidemiological and Virological Characterization of Influenza B Virus Infections. [PDF]
While influenza A viruses comprise a heterogeneous group of clinically relevant influenza viruses, influenza B viruses form a more homogeneous cluster, divided mainly into two lineages: Victoria and Yamagata.

Unravelling the Role of O-glycans in Influenza A Virus Infection
The initial stage of host cell infection by influenza A viruses (IAV) is mediated through interaction of the viral haemagglutinin (HA) with cell surface glycans.

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Attenuation of Influenza A Virus Disease Severity by Viral Coinfection in a Mouse Model
Viral infections in the respiratory tract can cause severe disease and are responsible for a majority of pediatric hospitalizations. Molecular diagnostics have revealed that approximately 20% of these patients are infected by more than one unrelated ...

CDT1 is an essential protein for DNA replication licensing that loads the MCM complex, the eukaryotic replicative DNA helicase, onto replication origins. Overexpression of CDT1 induces cell cycle arrest at the S phase. Here we showed CDT1 inhibits the progression of replication forks by interacting with the MCM complex, leading to the stalling and ...
