Objectives Whether aspiration of more oocytes than the antral follicle count (AFC) is beneficial for the current and future products of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) cycles. Methods Data of the first oocyte aspiration for intracytoplasmic sperm injection performed between 2018 and 2022 in attempt to conceive (ICSI, n = 399) or for planned ...

Effect of sialylation and complexity of FSH oligosaccharides on inhibin production by granulosa cells [PDF]
Granulosa cell inhibin A and B production is regulated by FSH and gonadal factors. This gonadotrophin is released as a mixture of glycoforms, which induce different biological responses in vivo and in vitro.

Decreased oocyte DAZL expression in mice results in increased litter size by modulating follicle-stimulating hormone-induced follicular growth [PDF]
While the germ cell-specific RNA binding protein, DAZL, is essential for oocytes to survive meiotic arrest, DAZL heterozygous (het) mice have an increased ovulation rate that is associated with elevated inhibin B and decreased plasma follicle-stimulating

Oral Immunotherapy Induces Shift in lncRNA Expression Modulating Allergen‐Specific Immune Responses
We used PBMC transcriptome from 50 hen's egg‐allergic patients to study the role of lncRNA in OIT. Positive correlation was found between 17 lncRNAs and the IL‐4/IL‐13 pathway in vivo, and the expression of the selected lncRNA aligned with CXCL8 upon PBMC egg‐restimulation.

Introduction Premature ovarian failure is defined as the cessation of ovarian activity before the age of 40 years. It is biochemically characterized by low levels of gonadal hormones (estrogens and inhibins) and high levels of gonadotropins (luteinizing ...
