Analysis of Gravity Disturbance Compensation for Initial Alignment of INS

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
To address the accuracy requirements of initial alignment of high-precision inertial navigation systems (INSs), gravity disturbance compensation for INSs based on a spherical harmonic model is investigated herein.

Fr-TM-align: a new protein structural alignment method based on fragment alignments and the TM-score

open access: yesBMC Bioinformatics, 2008
Background Protein tertiary structure comparisons are employed in various fields of contemporary structural biology. Most structure comparison methods involve generation of an initial seed alignment, which is extended and/or refined to provide the best ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

The development and evaluation of a combined initial alignment algorithm for strapdown inertial navigation system

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2022
Abstract This paper proposes a combined initial alignment algorithm for strapdown inertial navigation system, in which the initial alignment is carried out in two stages during the process of preflight preparations while the aircraft is not moving.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Multistage Attitude Determination Alignment for Velocity-Aided In-Motion Strapdown Inertial Navigation System with Different Velocity Models

open access: yesSensors, 2019
A novel multistage attitude determination alignment algorithm with different velocity models is proposed to implement the alignment process of in-motion attitude determination alignment (IMADA) aided by the ground velocity expressed in body frame ( V

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Initial Alignment Algorithm for the SDINS Using an Attitude Determination GPS Receiver [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Control, Automation and Systems Engineering, 2002
Since the stationary alignment process of the SDINS is not completely observable, some furls of the aided alignment have been applied. The purpose of this paper is to propose a new initial alignment algorithm, which utilizes the attitude output from the AGPS(Attitude Determination GPS) receiver and to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed ...
