Multiscale Convolutional Mask Network for Hyperspectral Unmixing
Deep learning has gained popularity in hyperspectral unmixing (HU) applications recently due to its powerful learning and data-fitting capabilities. As an unmixing baseline network, the autoencoder (AE) framework performs well in HU by automatically ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

The Crucial Role of the Initial State in MJO Prediction
The Madden Julian Oscillation (MJO) is a key driver of intraseasonal predictability. Accurate prediction of the MJO is challenging partly due to its complex interactions with the background state and sensitivity to initial conditions and unresolved ...

The Reproducibility Initiative [PDF]
Reproducibility is a foundation of solid scientific and technical research. The ability to repeat research is key to confirming the validity of a scientific discovery. At IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), we are committed to enabling reproducible research through transparency and the availability and potential reuse of code.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Inference of Field Initialization
A raw object is partially initialized, with only some fields set to legal values. It may violate its object invariants, such as that a given field is non-null.

Important advances in the meso-scale numerical heavy rainfall prediction model in China
The short-range numerical weather prediction model has been developed as a tool to forecast the torrential rainfall since it has the capability to describe the dynamic convergence, fundamental physics and the real topography reasonably when the ...
